Delivery and Returns

Delivery

All UK deliveries are shipped by Royal Mail with their 48 Hour Tracked service. Please allow time for dispatch on top of the 48 hour delivery time.

Deliveries outside the UK are shipped using the Royal Mail's International Tracked service. Delivery times can vary from 3-4 days to about 21 days depending on location. Please keep in mind that we are based in Scotland. Again, please allow additional time for dispatch.

Returns

We accept returns with a full refund up to 30 days after receiving your order. Please email us (ruckandrack@outlook.com) to organize your return. Please return the item in the condition it arrived in.

Cancellation

If you would like to cancel you order, please notify us by email as soon as possible. If the order has already been posted, you will have to follow the returns procedure.
